Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show Great Turnout!

Sunday last week at the Loew's Vanderbilt Hotel, Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show hosted their Summer bridal show. The turnout was awesome and our booth at David Wright Photography was full throughout most of the day! Thank you all for stopping by and saying hi! It was a pleasure meeting you all and giving us the opportunity to share with you some of the exiting things we have going on. A big thank you to Ean, my June bride, Sarah, my second photographer, and Stuart, my son who is now in DC at American University studying International Relations, Chinese, French and Finance.

There were so many great booths and vendors at this show. I wish I could have visited each and everyone of them, but just not enough time. But do enjoy the photographs I was able to create in the few moments I had.

Education is Essential for Wedding Photography

Yesterday Weddings 101 offered a full day seminar on sales and markerting to brides, a session called "Get Real with Saundra Hadley. Saundra is a professional coach and speaker for wedding planners, designers, videographers and photographers. She had many wonderful ideas and guided us all through the ever changing world of weddings.  Very informative seminar and lots of fun! Also loved meeting all the other vendors I had not met before.

The South's Largest Bridal Show

Yesterday marked another huge bridal show produced by the people at Premier Bride and The Pink Book. Over 1,300 brides were in attendance and was it a big show! This is the largest show in the Southeast and Nashville is very fortunate to have it right here!

I was there too, showing some of my new albums and photographs. I want to thank all the brides that visited my booth and spoke to us. It was a busy day and I am so thankful Mollie, my October bride was there to help greet and guide the brides through all information and albums we had out. I enjoy shows so much and enjoyed speaking to everyone!

Enjoy some of the photographs I shot yesterday of the booth and our guests. I wish I could have photographed more as there were so many people enjoying the albums, but I had to stop and work in a different capacity.

This photograph of Angela's Angela's wedding party jumping on the beach at Del Coronado Island, San Diego, CA was the hit of the show. Everyone stopped by and looked at it! If you haven't seen Angela's San Diego beach wedding, then you must check it out. An awesome event!

These ladies are looking at the hottest new album in my booth! It is a panoramic album measuring 20" length by 8" height before opening. Everyone loved the rich and vivid colors this new album company produced. Stunning book with great cafe' leather binder. A really beautiful book and the size was most exciting to my guests!

Franklin Bridal Ball

Last night the Franklin Bridal Show had its first evening bridal fair at The Franklin Factory. The turnout was great, exceeding the show producers expectations by running out of Pink Books and special gifts set aside for 300 brides. What a great time I had last night meeting many new brides and some cool, new vendors.
